We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel an order at any time, at our discretion, and due to the complexities of our work, estimations and quotes may not cover the final balance.

2. Price and Payment

The price for each of our services will be provided to you prior to beginning services. Payment must be made in full prior to the completion of any services. We accept payment via credit/debit card, cash, cheque, or other methods we may accept from time to time.

3. Warranty

We guarantee the quality of our services and materials used. If there is any issue with the workmanship or materials used, we will work with you to repair or replace any defects up to one year after the completion of services.

4. Limitation of Liability

You agree to assume all risk for any damages that may occur to your furniture, or any property in your home, due to our services. We will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of our services.

5. Termination

You may terminate a service at any time, however, you will be liable for all payment for services completed up to the time of termination. We reserve the right to terminate a service for any reason, at our discretion.

6. Governing Law

Under UK law, furniture restoration businesses must comply with all relevant consumer protection regulations. This includes the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
