    Yes. We’re fully insured, and our restorers are trained in both traditional and modern techniques. Our work is trusted by private and corporate clients, collectors, and heritage organisations.

  • • How long does furniture restoration take?

    Timelines vary depending on the item’s condition and complexity. Most projects take 4–6 weeks. We’ll provide a clear estimate after assessment and keep you updated throughout.

  • • Do you offer collection and delivery services?

    Yes, we offer collection and delivery for your convenience. This is usually fortnightly on a Wednesday

  • • Do you offer on-site restoration or only in your workshop?

    Most work is done in our fully equipped workshop, due to fumes, drying times and potential for damage to surrounding areas. We’ll advise based on your needs and the item’s condition.

  • • What areas do you cover for collection and delivery?

    We serve Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, London and surrounding areas. For special projects, we may travel further, just get in touch to discuss logistics and availability.

  • • Can I bring my furniture to you?

    Customers are welcome to deliver there items to our workshop in Hertfordshire by prior arrangement

  • • How should I prepare my item for collection or drop-off?

    We recommend removing any loose parts and giving it a gentle clean. Ensure the item is empty and there is clear access. If the item is fragile or sentimental, let us know, we’ll take extra precautions during transport.
